What shipping services do you offer to merchants?
JustShip currently offers 3 services from Singapore for merchants:

- 📮 Standard (USA) — USA only (Only For E-Commerce Sellers)
- ✉️ Postal — US, AU, CA, UK, EU, MY, HK, JP & more (Only For E-Commerce Sellers)
⚠️ Important USA change (effective Aug 29, 2025)
The U.S. is suspending the de minimis threshold (previously USD 800). From Aug 29, 2025, all shipments to the USA may be subject to duties and taxes.

- US DDP only and EU IOSS available — EU shipments can be sent with IOSS, where VAT is prepaid while any applicable import duties are paid by the recipient before or upon delivery.

Note: Postal is a self-service shipping option. Delayed shipments cannot be escalated. Lost or damaged shipments may be submitted to us as a claim for review by our postal partner.

- Complete one-time KYC to unlock Standard shipping (DDP) on USA lanes
