Do you offer insurance & should I opt for it?

Yes, we do offer insurance for your shipments. The insurance fee is 2.4% of the declared value of your items.

Please note that:
The insurance primarily covers losses and damages to your shipments. It does not include coverage for shipment delays.
The Insurance coverage is subject to terms and conditions. Items of extraordinary value or those with a value that is difficult to ascertain may not be covered.
Certain considerations affect insurance claims, such as the packaging of the item, the condition of the package upon courier collection, and the adequacy of protection for fragile items.

While the decision to purchase insurance is ultimately yours, we highly recommend insuring your products to safeguard against potential losses.

If you choose not to purchase insurance, you will not be eligible to file a damage claim in the event of loss or damage to your shipment.

Please be aware that It is the claimant’s responsibility to prove actual damages, and insurance will not cover damages resulting from inadequately packed shipments.
