Registering as an E-commerce Seller

You can sign up for an account via our website here: https://www.justship.sg/register.

If you’re an e-commerce seller, be sure to select “Selling e-commerce” during registration. You’ll be asked to provide some basic details about your business — such as what you sell, where you sell it, and typical shipment info.


Why do we ask for this?


E-commerce sellers get access to:

Support that fits your specific sales channel (e.g. Etsy, Shopify)

To offer the most accurate support and pricing, we need a clear picture of your business.

Recommend relevant features or optimisations (e.g. platform-specific tools)

Vague responses like “I sell online” may slow things down — and limit how well we can help you.
Once your registration is submitted, our business team will review your application and send over your custom rate card via email after approval.
