My Standard/Postal shipment is not moving - what can I do?

Understanding Standard & Postal Shipments:

Standard and postal shipping options are designed to be economical and reliable, especially for e-commerce sellers shipping smaller packages. Many of our partners choose these methods to keep shipping costs low for their customers — especially for lower-value or lightweight items.

What Makes a Shipment Cheaper?

To keep shipping costs down, standard and postal shipments often take a longer route with more stops and more handovers between courier partners.

This means:

Your shipment may pass through several carriers and facilities across different countries.
Each handover may introduce a slight delay before the next update appears in the tracking system.

As a result, it's perfectly normal for shipment movement on the tracking page to appear stagnant for a few days.

⚠️ When should you reach out for support

We understand delays can be frustrating. However, for most delays — especially with Standard or Postal shipments — there’s often nothing actionable until certain thresholds are reached.

For this reason, we only consider a shipment to be lost if it remains undelivered after 60 calendar days from pickup. At that point, you may contact us to proceed with a claim.

Exceptions

If you notice that your package is being returned to sender, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:

Invalid or incomplete address
Uncontactable recipient
Missed delivery attempts

In such cases, once the shipment is returned to our warehouse, you may request a re-delivery at an additional cost, or opt for the package to be discarded.

Please reach out to us if you need help with next steps.

Is It Still in Transit Even If Tracking Hasn’t Updated?

Yes — in most cases, yes.

As long as tracking continues to update over time (even slowly), the shipment is still in progress, and we kindly ask that you continue to monitor it.

We understand that 60 calendar days can feel like a long wait, but we've put this policy in place to help avoid unnecessary back-and-forth — especially when there's genuinely nothing we (or the courier) can do to speed things up.

That said, the vast majority of our shipments arrive within the committed timeframe of 8–14 working days. These delays apply only to a small minority of exceptional cases, often due to customs holds, routing issues, or other unforeseen events.

If your shipment is affected, we appreciate your patience — and we’re here to support you if it crosses the 60-day mark.
