My Standard/Postal shipment arrived damaged

If your Standard or Postal shipment arrived damaged, you can file a claim for the damaged contents.


What's covered

Only damage to the contents is covered. Damage to external packaging is not.


Before you file

Please have the following ready:

  • Shipment ID
  • Tracking number
  • Description of the contents
  • Declared value of the contents
  • Proof of value
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item

📌 The carrier makes the final assessment on every claim, including the outcome and any refund amount. For damage claims, only damage to the contents is considered. Damage to external packaging is not covered.


Coverage liability

Standard and Postal services do not include insurance. Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the contents, capped at:

  • Standard: $100
  • Postal: $68


📌 The carrier makes the final assessment on every claim, including the outcome and any refund amount. Shipping fees and any prepaid duties and taxes are non-refundable.
