Q: I would like to schedule a pick up. What do I need to know?

| To book a slot for pick up, fill up our <a href="https://www.justship.sg/create-shipment">shipment form</a> by 9:30pm, a day before your preferred collection date. Pick-ups are between 9:00am to 6:45pm from Monday to Friday, and on 9:00am to 4:30pm on Saturday. ⚠️ Kindly note that we will not be able to accommodate our customers' time preference for pick-ups as we follow an optimised route to help us continue providing affordable services for shipper <ul> <li>To prepare you for the parcel collection, you will receive a message with the ETA (2-hour time frame) notification of your pick-up on the same morning.</li> <li>If you are unable to commit to the time slot given, you may choose to leave your items at a safe place (eg. shoe rack/riser) - please inform us if you do!</li> </ul> Are pick-ups free? Yes, we pick up your packed or unpacked items directly from your doorstep for free! This is a complimentary service when you ship internationally with us. Besides getting ready your unpacked/packed items, do indicate on your package the order ID and recipient’s name. Express - Available worldwide

Best for time-sensitive shipments that need to arrive quickly.
Suitable for high-value shipments, benefiting from fewer handling points, optional insurance coverage, and the option for direct signature upon delivery.
Care packages, where senders wish to cover taxes and avoid the hassle of purchasing packing materials for one-off or a few shipments.
Shipments with unpacked items, benefitting from our professional in house packing service

Standard - (only to US, exclusive to e-commerce partners) ${color}#d30909 Temporarily Suspended)

Suitable for non-urgent shipments, offering an affordable solution for e-commerce sellers.
Instant tracking & easy fulfillment: labels are available for immediate download after ordering, so tracking numbers can be provided right away. Especially beneficial for sellers on eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and similar platforms that require quick fulfillment.
Competitive shipping rates: Cost-effective for parcels between 0.1kg to 8kg, charged based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

Postal - Available to EU, CA & US ( exclusive to e-commerce partners)

Food 🥕🥫🍔

Yes, you can ship food items overseas! However, each country has unique restrictions on types of food allowed. Check our guide on shipping food overseas for country-specific information. For the mooncake festival, you may also want to see this guide to shipping mooncakes.

Liquids

🥤 Consumable liquids (honey, water, juices, etc.) are generally accepted as non-hazardous.

🧼 Other items like shower gel, soap, cleaning products, and essential oils can typically be shipped in small quantities (~100ml each, 1-5 bottles). If you would like to ship any more than that, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is necessary to verify if it's a Dangerous Good.

☣️ Risky liquids (hair dye, paint, acetone, aerosol sprays, nail polish) likely qualify as Dangerous Goods, requiring special procedures and extra fees (typically $200+).

May I come down to your warehouse to drop off my parcel?

Accepted Answer

Yes you may! Please fill out our shipment form here to schedule an appointment.

Kindly note that our warehouse is not open to the public and we only accept parcels from shippers who have already placed an order and scheduled a drop-off appointment. To avoid disappointment, please do not visit without a valid appointment.

How about meat products? 🥩

Shipping meat and/or Shipping frozen food Internationally (items that contain meat) can attract all sorts of regulations, depending on which country you are shipping to.

Based on our shipping experience, most if not all meat items are almost impossible to ship without a permit. To save our shippers from turmoil during their shipping - we typically do not accept shipments containing traces of meat.
