Availability: Pick-ups are available on Mondays-Saturdays.

Timing & Coordination - We're on Our Way
No Personalized Timing: We adhere strictly to our delivery partner's route, so specific time preferences cannot be accommodated.
ETA Notification: You'll receive a message on the pick-up day, providing a 3-hour time frame, so you can be prepared.

Can't Be There? No Problem - Safe Alternative Options
Safe Place Option: If you can't commit to the time slot, you can leave your items at a safe place (e.g., shoe rack/riser) and let us know.

Preparing Your Package - Here's What You Need
Packed/Unpacked Items: Have them ready for collection.
Labeling: Indicate the order ID and recipient's name on the package or on a piece of paper/post-it attached to the items.
