Common E-Commerce Add-Ons
At JustShip, we understand that e-commerce customers have unique shipping needs. While our current form keeps simplicity in mind, we're developing a more comprehensive platform for advanced shippers.
Here are some popular add-ons we're already working to include in the shipment form, and how you can use these add-ons in the interim:
Direct Signature - Request this service for an additional $7 by including it in the 'Remarks' box of the shipment form. We’ll request for the $7 top-up during shipment verification at the warehouse.
HS Code, Tax Number, or EORI Number - Include these identifiers in the 'Remarks' section, e.g., "HS Code: 2345".
Recipient Address Change - Should you need to change the recipient's address after creating your shipment, message our customer service on WhatsApp. This is a simple change with no fee if you tell us while the shipment is still with us. However, if this is done after we've passed your shipment to our shipping partners, a $17 top-up is required. Please note that in such cases, we can't guarantee the success of the address change.
