How do I reschedule/cancel my pick up?

Shippers are currently unable to cancel scheduled pick-ups on their own. To reschedule or cancel a pick-up, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or email at hello@justship.sg to provide the following details:

Order ID
Reason for rescheduling/cancellation

To avoid any last-minute cancellation or rescheduling surcharges, please inform us before 5 PM the day before your scheduled pick-up.
