How much does it cost to ship?

We charge based on either a parcel’s actual weight or volumetric weight ((Length x Width x Height) / 5000), whichever is higher.

You may fill in the dimensions of your parcel into our rate calculator to get a quick quote for your shipment. You may also indicate if you require insurance and packing services in the link above.

🚚 Sending multiple packages?

If you're sending more than one item, we recommend using our Shipment Form. This allows you to input multiple packages easily and get a quote more accurately.

🧾 Does Your Quote Include Customs Duties & Taxes?

That depends on the payment arrangement you choose at checkout:

1. Prepaid by Sender (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP):

If you opt to have customs taxes prepaid by the sender i.e. you, the total price quoted on our shipment form will include customs taxes.

2. Paid by Recipient (Delivered Duty Unpaid - DDU):

If you choose to have it paid by recipient, there will be no quote for it on our form.

It will be a separate fee charged to your recipient by the destination country’s customs when the parcel arrives at the destination country.
