How do I cancel/delete my order?

If you have created an order and would like to cancel the order, you may reach out to us via WhatsApp or email at hello@justship.sg with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

Please note that paid amount (less any rendered services) will be refunded to you via PayNow to the indicated sender’s mobile number in 1-3 weeks.
