Yes, this is mandatory. You must fill in our shipment form here and select the Drop-Off option.

Please ensure the form is submitted and payment is completed before your parcel is sent to us.

Parcels that arrive at our warehouse without a valid order will not be processed or accounted for, — as we have no way of identifying them or confirming that they are meant for shipping.

Once submitted, send us your Shipment ID via WhatsApp so we can prepare for your parcel’s arrival and make the necessary arrangements for you.

JustShip will not be liable for any unregistered parcels, and such items may be disposed of or donated if we are unable to verify your shipment.

❓How do I declare my parcel measurements in your shipment form?

As for the dimensions and weight that is to be keyed into the form, if you do not have them, that is fine! You may key in a rough estimate of the dimensions (Length x Width x Height, in cm) and weight (in kg) of your package when completing the shipment form.

Once your parcel arrives at our Singapore warehouse, we will:

• Verify the actual dimensions and weight
• Repack your parcel (if packing services were selected)
• Adjust shipping cost accordingly

📦 If the final verified chargeable weight differs from your submitted estimate:

• Under-declared? We’ll request a top-up from you.
• Over-declared? We’ll refund the excess paid amount to your original payment method.

❓ Why is my top-up amount so high?

There are a few possible reasons:

• The external delivery company used a large box that adds unnecessary weight/volume.
• You under-declared your parcel’s dimensions / weight.

• You did not account for any packing buffer space (E.g. +2cm on each dimension).
