What if my package is undelivered and seems to be missing?
- Check your shipment status
Track your package with the tracking number through the FedEx website provided to you when you shipped the package.
Check the status to see if there have been any recent updates or if the package has been marked as delivered.
- Contact FedEx
If the tracking information shows that the package is still in transit but it has been significantly delayed, you can contact FedEx customer service to ask for an update on the package's whereabouts.
FedEx can also launch an investigation to locate your package and provide updates on its status.
- Check with the recipient
If the status shows that package has been delivered, you can contact your recipient to check if the package was delivered to the wrong address or was left with a neighbor.
In the event that your Fedex is not able to locate your package, the claimable amount depends if you have bought insurance for your shipment.
If you did not opt for our packing services, kindly send us the following information via email at hello@justship.sg:
- Type of outer package used
- Any color / reference#
- Any markings on the box
- The part / PO# of the item
- Exact name of the item
- Weight of the item
- Any sample photos
Lost package claim process may take 14 to 60 days to finalize.
