The surcharge helps cover the added operational complexity and any location-based fees we may incur.
For lost and found parcels - please follow the steps below:

Contact the staff at Changi Airport you've been corresponding with and let them know that a courier from JustShip will be collecting the item on your behalf.
Please ensure:
Your item is ready for collection
They are willing to release the item to a third-party courier (JustShip)
Kindly note that our airport pickups are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
