How to schedule a pick-up:
At JustShip, we offer convenient pick-up services in Singapore for our shippers!
To book a slot for pick up, fill up ourĀ shipment formĀ byĀ 9:30pm, the day before your preferred collection date.
Pick-ups are between 9:00am to 6:45pm from Monday to Friday, and on 9:00am to 4:30pm on Saturday. (excluding public holidays)
ā ļø Kindly note that we will not be able to accommodate our customers' time preference for pick-ups as we follow an optimised route to help us continue providing affordable services for shipper
To prepare you for the parcel collection, you will receive a message with the ETA (2-hour time frame) notification of your pick-up on the same morning.
Even if you are unable to commit to the time slot given, you may simply choose to leave your items at a safe place (eg. shoe rack/riser) - please inform us if you do!
Are pick-ups free?
Yes, we pick up your packed or unpacked items directly from your doorstep for free! This is a complimentary service when you ship internationally with us.
Besides getting ready your unpacked/packed items, do indicate on your package your Shipment ID and recipientās name. You may do so by writing the details directly on the package, or on a piece of paper/post it attached to your items.

Can another package be added to an original order that has already been scheduled for a pick-up?
Yes, you may - though this may be subject to our vehicleās space availability!
Please let us know in advance if you will be handing us more packages than what was initially declared so that we can match the parcels to the correct shipment order when they arrive at our warehouse and ensure your packages are shipped to the correct recipients.
Do also remember to label those packages with their respective Shipment IDs and recipientās name.
The courier is here, but my package is not ready! Can he wait for me?
$10 will be added to your bill if our courier waits beyond 10 minutes at your location.
To keep our pickup and shipping operations running smoothly for all customers, we ask that packages be handed over promptly. While the fee covers some of the disruption caused by delays, it does not guarantee extended waiting time. If our driver is unable to wait further due to schedule constraints, the pickup may be considered unsuccessful.

Rescheduling or Cancelling a pick-up
You can choose to reschedule your pick-up at no additional cost, as long as itās done before 5 PM on the day prior to your scheduled pick-up.
ā ļø Kindly note that there are fees associated for same day rescheduling or cancellation of pick ups.
Rescheduling or cancelling after 5PM the day before pick-up:Ā $8
Failed/Unsuccessful Pick-Up¹ : $12.50

This policy is in place to control our operation cost for each shipment order, allowing our shippers to benefit from affordable international shipping services.
We understand the importance of convenient pick-up services for our shippers, and we absorb the cost of pick-ups to provide a hassle-free experience.
Shippers are currently unable to cancel scheduled pick-ups on their own. To reschedule or cancel a pick-up, kindly contact us via WhatsApp at 91187971 with the following details:
