Does your quote include customs tax?
The total price quoted on our shipment form will include customs taxes if you choose to have taxes prepaid by sender i.e. you.
If you choose to have it paid by recipient, there will be no quote for it on our form.
It will be a separate fee charged to your recipient by the destination country’s customs when the parcel arrives at the destination country.
