Do you ship to Amazon?
Absolutely! We do repairs/returns shipment regularly to Amazon.
For such shipments, you should have your own amazon return labels to be attached to the package. If you have already packed the parcels, you may choose to attach the labels yourself before handing them over to our courier.
However, if you require our assistance or have requested packing services, please hand over the labels to our courier along with your items. We will be more than happy to handle the labeling for you!
Shipping to Amazon in European countries
Based on our recent experiences, it appears that Amazon may not have a signed contract with FedEx regarding customs procedures. As a consequence, almost all of the packages have been returned to Singapore, with the return charges fully borne by the shipper.
We strongly recommend not to ship to Amazon in European countries.
