Changi Airport (Lost & Found)
JustShip offers courier collection services from Changi Airport’s Lost & Found counters every Tuesday and Thursday only.
The two most common Lost & Found operators at the airport are:
- SATS Lost & Found
- CAG (Changi Airport Group) Lost & Found
Due to the coordination effort and special handling required for airport collections, a $20 pick up fee is imposed. This covers the additional administrative work and time needed to ensure your item is successfully retrieved and shipped out.
SATS LOST & FOUND
Step 1: Confirm item readiness with Changi Airport
Contact the staff at Changi Airport you've been corresponding with and let them know that a courier from JustShip will be collecting the item on your behalf.
Please ensure:
- Your item is ready for collection
- They are willing to release the item to a third-party courier (JustShip)
Kindly note that our airport pickups are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
Step 2: Fill in our shipment form

Please use:
- Your own name for both the shipper and recipient fields
- Your WhatsApp number as the sender’s contact
- Lost & Found’s phone number as the pickup contact
- The full pickup address provided to you by Changi Airport
Step 3: Prepare required documents
Changi Airport’s Lost & Found typically lists the following documents for third-party pickups:
i) A signed authorization letter ✅
ii) A copy of your passport ✅
iii) A completed airway bill
iv) A completed commercial invoice
However, in JustShip’s process, we only provide items (i) and (ii) — the authorization letter and passport copy — at the point of collection.
The airway bill and commercial invoice will be generated after we receive your item and process it at our warehouse.
To proceed, WhatsApp us at +65 9118 7971 with:
- Letter of Authorisation (fill and sign)
- A PDF copy of your passport
⚠️ To ensure a smooth collection, kindly send us your completed authorization form and passport copy at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date. This will enable our courier team to successfully collect your items from the Lost and Found counter.
Step 4: What happens next
Once your pickup is confirmed:
- Our courier will collect the item and bring it to our warehouse
- We’ll verify and pack the item (if needed)
- We’ll generate the airway bill and commercial invoice
- Your parcel will be handed over to our shipping partners for international delivery
- You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment
Step 5: Forward Changi Airport's confirmation
Email us at hello@justship.sg with any email correspondence from Changi Airport confirming the pick-up arrangement. This helps ensure we’re able to collect on your behalf without issues.
CAG (Changi Airport Group) Lost & Found
Step 1: Forward us CAG's confirmation email
CAG should send you a formal email with your Found Report Reference. This email is mandatory for the pick-up to proceed.
Once you’ve received this, please forward the email to hello@justship.sg. We cannot proceed without this confirmation.
You’ll know it’s the right email if it looks like this:
💡 Note: JustShip will complete the collection booking on your behalf, after shipment form has been filled out.
