Can I ship Dangerous Goods (DG)?

Yes, you can!

We’re experienced in handling shipments that contain Dangerous Goods (DG) such as lithium batteries, flammable liquids, and more.

That said, DG shipments involve special handling processes, and a surcharge of S$250–S$330 will apply in addition to your shipping fee. Processing time typically takes around 1 week.

This option may not be cost-effective for general consumer shipments — but if the timeline and surcharge work for you, here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Check if Your Item Is Considered DG

To determine whether your item is classified as Dangerous Goods, we’ll need the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

How to obtain an MSDS:
Contact the Supplier: Get in touch with the manufacturer or distributor of the hazardous product, as they are obligated to provide you with the MSDS.
Online Resources: Many manufacturers maintain online databases where you can conveniently retrieve the MSDS from their official websites. Additionally, some websites offer free resources; just ensure their authenticity.

Once you have the MSDS, contact us on WhatsApp with the following:

The item you are shipping
The MSDS
Item measurements (length × width × height in cm, and actual weight in kg)
Photo of the item
Full destination address

We'll review the details and confirm with our courier partner whether the item can be shipped as DG to the intended destination.

Step 2: Receive Our Confirmation & Submit Your Shipment Form

If your item is approved for DG shipping:

We’ll inform you via WhatsApp.
You can then proceed to fill in our shipment form.
Once shipment form has been filled out, send us your shipment ID so we can expect your shipment.

Note: The DG surcharge is not included in the upfront payment made via the form. Once your item is processed and finalised, we will send you a top-up link via WhatsApp separately.

Step 3: Prepare for Pickup & Shipping

Once your order is confirmed and your item is picked up:

We will pack, label, and process your DG shipment in accordance with courier and IATA guidelines.
Shipping typically occurs within 5–7 working days after pickup.

Tracking details will be available on your dashboard once your package has been shipped out.
