Follow the steps below to download the e-invoice/receipt.
After signing in to your JustShip Account:
1️⃣ Click “Dashboard” (next to “Ship now” button)

2️⃣ Click on a specific order.

3️⃣ Click on “View Invoice/Receipt” to view or download.

Kindly note the following:
- View Receipt: This option will be available when the full payment for your order has been successfully made. You can click on "View Receipt" to access the receipt for your completed payment.
- View Invoice: This option will be visible if there are pending payments, such as top-ups or outstanding balances. By selecting "View Invoice," you can access the invoice associated with the pending payment.
If you do not see an invoice or receipt displayed, it indicates that no payment has been made. To retrieve an invoice or receipt, please ensure that the payment is completed first.
