My package "reached destination" and arrived damaged. what should i do now?

When a package is damaged, FedEx will need to look into whether the damage was caused by mishandling during transit, or due to insufficient packing.

 

To apply for damage claim, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Pictures.


The first thing you want to do is to get as many pictures of the damaged parcel and item as possible.
