If you suspect that your FedEx shipment is missing in transit, you can take the following steps to confirm:
Check your shipment status
You can track your package with the tracking number through the FedEx website provided to you when you shipped the package. Check the status to see if there have been any recent updates or if the package has been marked as delivered.
If the tracking information shows that the package is still in transit but it has been significantly delayed, you can contact FedEx customer service to ask for an update on the package's whereabouts. FedEx can also launch an investigation to locate your package and provide updates on its status.
Check with the recipient
If the status shows that package has been delivered, you can contact your recipient to check if the package was delivered to the wrong address or was left with a neighbor.
If your package is undelivered over 10 working days, not facing any customs delay, and does not have any new updates via its tracking number, do inform us immediately and we will get in contact with Fedex to track your package.
In the event that your Fedex is not able to locate your package, the claimable amount depends if you have bought insurance for your shipment.
