# Where can I provide the IOSS/EORI/VAT/tax ID number?

If you would like to include your IOSS, EORI, VAT or Tax ID number for your shipment, you can easily do so by following these steps: 

### Include IOSS

1. Log in to your JustShip account.

2. Go to Profile (under Preferences).

3. Enter your number in the IOSS Number (Optional) field.

4. Click Save Changes.

|| 💡 Approval takes \~3 working days.
Once approved, your IOSS number will be applied automatically to eligible EU shipments — no need to re-enter it each time.
Please note that IOSS is currently only available for Express shipments..

### Include Tax ID / EORI / VAT

1. Fill out your [online shipment form](https://www.justship.sg/create-shipment) as usual. 

2. Before making payment for your order, find the Comments box provided in the form.

3. Leave your EORI, VAT or Tax ID number in the comment box. 

If you have already filled up your form, you can send the details over to us on [WhatsApp](https://wa.me/6591187971) with your shipment ID, and we will include it on your behalf during the processing of your shipment.
