Where can I find the shipping label and invoice for my shipment?
We understand how important it is to access your shipping documents — here’s everything you need to know about retrieving your shipping labels, invoices, and receipts when using JustShip.
Nope, you’re all set! For express shipments, you do not need to prepare or print your own shipping labels.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we will process the shipment details based on the online form you’ve submitted and take care of preparing the necessary labels and documents for your package to be shipped out.
To help us identify your parcel at drop-off or pick-up, all you need to do is:
Write your Shipment ID, and
Your recipient’s name clearly on the parcel.
✉️ Need the Airway Bill (AWB)?
We typically don’t send the AWB unless requested—but if you’d like a copy, feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to provide it!
You can access and download your e-invoice or receipt directly through your JustShip account.
Follow the steps below to download the e-invoice/receipt.
After signing in to your JustShip Account:
Click “Dashboard” (next to "Ship now" button)

Click on the order you would like the e-invoice/receipt of.

Click on “View Invoice/Receipt” to view or download.

Kindly note the following:
View Receipt: This option will be available when the full payment for your order has been successfully made. You can click on "View Receipt" to access the receipt for your completed payment.
View Invoice: This option will be visible if there are pending payments, such as top-ups or outstanding balances. By selecting "View Invoice," you can access the invoice associated with the pending payment.
