# JustShip currently offers 3 services from Singapore for merchants:

### ⚠️ Important USA change (effective Aug 29, 2025)
The U.S. is **suspending the de minimis threshold** (previously USD 800). From **Aug 29, 2025**, **all shipments to the USA may be subject to duties and taxes**.
To help you plan, our services and duties/taxes handling are updated below:

* Small/light US orders when every dollar counts but you still want end-to-end tracking.

1. **Charged by Actual weight** - 0.10 kg base, then every 0.1 kg increments up to 2 kg, followed by 0.5kg increments up to 5kg (selected destinations).
2. **True end‑to‑end tracking** – no silent gaps once the parcel lands in destination country.
3. **US DDP only and EU DDU only** — US shipments are sent with prepaid duties and taxes (DDP), while EU shipments are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where any applicable duties and taxes are billed to the recipient directly.
4. **Competitive rates** – get the lowest rates in market for almost all weight breaks, while getting better tracking and service reliability!

Note: Postal is a self-service shipping option. Delayed shipments cannot be escalated. Lost or damaged shipments may be submitted to us as a claim for review by our postal partner.
