What details do I need to fill up the shipment form?

The completed shipment form will be used to generate your shipping label and commercial invoice. To ensure a smooth shipping process for your parcels, it is important that the details on the form are filled in accurately.


Here’s a brief walk through on the shipment form:


1. Sender's details:

Point of contact for packing and billing of the shipment. Usually the person who initiates and is “in-charge” of the shipment. Tracking details will be sent to the sender via email once package is shipped out.


2. Recipient's details:

Recipient’s contact information is very crucial when shipping internationally. Courier/customs will reach out to recipient via phone call/email if they require more information for clearance/delivery of shipment.


We’ve had packages rejected and returned back to Singapore (at shipper’s cost) due to uncontactable recipients, so do ensure the recipient details are valid and accurate!


For those who are unable to provide recipient’s contact number/email, you may indicate your local number as the recipient’s contact number if you understand and accept the risks of the package getting returned.



3. Package details:

Dimensions & Weight of items
While it is best to be as accurate as possible, if you do not have the measurements of your items, that is fine!


You may key in a rough estimate of the dimensions (length x width x height in cm) and the weight (kg) of your package when filling up the shipment form.


Once your item has been picked up and arrived at our warehouse, we will verify both the dimensions and weight of your item. If you have under-declared the measurements, we will inform you of the top-up required. Likewise, if you have over-declared the measurements, we will refund you the excess amount via your payment method


Value of items
You may enter how much they are worth, could be the actual cost (if they are new) or their replacement cost


Why do I need to provide the item cost?

  • All items that are shipped into any country are inspected and cleared by the Customs of that particular country. Providing the item cost is usually required by law for most countries, as it is necessary in calculating how much import taxes or duties you will need to pay.
  • We will not be able to insure you unless you provide your item cost.


Item Description
When filling in your shipment form, it’s crucial to provide a clear and specific description of the items you’re shipping.


This isn’t just for us — customs authorities around the world rely on these descriptions to determine if your shipment can enter the destination country. A vague, inaccurate, or incomplete declaration can lead to delays, customs holds, or even returns. That’s why we’ve set a minimum of 20 characters in the item description field — to encourage shippers to be as specific as possible.


Describe your items with details such as type, material, usage, brand, and condition eg.:

  • Used Women’s Cotton Cap from Adidas
  • New Men’s Apparel – Jeans Bottoms
  • Used Tea Pot Set – Ceramic


Please note that requests to change or update item descriptions after form submission — especially once your item is picked up or shipped — will not be entertained. Every change involves time-sensitive communication with the courier or customs, and unfortunately, this diverts resources away from helping shippers with urgent issues.


We seek your understanding in following instructions carefully so we can serve everyone better. Taking a little extra time now ensures fewer issues later — and a much smoother shipping experience.


Weight of items

You may enter a rough estimate. Total weight of the individual items should not exceed the actual weight of your package.


4. Add Ons: Insurance, Duties & Taxes



Insurance

Cost of insurance is 2.4% of the declared value of your items.


More so than insurance, it scopes the maximum liability that we will take for your shipment if it was damaged/lost in transit. Do note that it is claimant's responsibility to prove actual damages, and any damage caused by insufficient packing will not be qualified for claims.


Direct Signature

If you wish to ensure that someone at the recipient's address signs for the package, we offer a direct signature service for an additional fee of SGD $7.


Otherwise, most packages are delivered without signature by default.


Duties & Taxes

Once the total value of shipment exceeds the tax & duty threshold, most - if not all shipments will be taxed.
This includes personal effects, gifts & returning shipments.


If you are confident that the items will not be taxed, you can choose to have the charges paid by recipient instead. That will mean that you will not be required to make any upfront payment for duties & taxes prior to your shipment.


If there are any import charges incurred for your shipment, it will be billed to your recipient directly after parcel arrives at the destination country. Package will be only released for delivery after payment of the charges.

5. Review:



Quote (TBC at warehouse)
The quote here is an estimation of your shipping cost based on the information you have declared. The cost of your shipping will only be finalized after we verify your package details & measurements. You will be notified via WhatsApp if there are payment adjustments to your shipping cost.


If you’ve undeclared the dimensions/weight, we’ll request for a top up. If you’ve overdeclared, we’ll refund you the excess paid!

Our warehouse is located at 18 Howard Road, #07-02 Singapore 369585.


Kindly note that our warehouse is not open to the public and we only accept parcels from shippers who have already placed an order and scheduled a drop-off appointment.

7. Payment:

Select payment via PayNow or Credit Card at the bottom of your sidebar!


Once you’ve selected either payment method and received an order ID, we should have received your order in our systems.
