Booking Your Pick-Up Slot Easy & Efficient
How to Book: Fill up our shipment form by 9:30 pm, a day before your preferred collection date.
Availability: Pick-ups are available on Mondays-Saturdays.
Timing & Coordination We're on Our Way
No Personalized Timing: We adhere strictly to our delivery partner's route, so specific time preferences cannot be accommodated.
ETA Notification: You'll receive a message on the pick-up day, providing a 3-hour time frame, so you can be prepared.
Can't Be There? No Problem Safe Alternative Options
Safe Place Option: If you can't commit to the time slot, you can leave your items at a safe place (e.g., shoe rack/riser) and let us know.
Preparing Your Package Here's What You Need
Packed/Unpacked Items: Have them ready for collection.
Labeling: Indicate the order ID and recipient's name on the package or on a piece of paper/post-it attached to the items.
No signature or handover needed – just leave the items outside your doorstep. We’ll handle the rest! 👍
