# Operating Hours

We operate on different schedules depending on the service, so please take note of the details below:

### 📞 Office Hours
**Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM**
(Closed on public holidays)

🍽️ *Lunch break: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM*


### 📦 Pick-up Hours
**Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:45 PM**
**Saturday:** 9:00 AM **– 4:30 PM**

We provide doorstep pickup on weekdays and Saturdays, islandwide.

If you won’t be home during the pickup, kindly leave the item in a safe and accessible spot (e.g. by your door or with a neighbour) for the courier to collect.

> ⚠️ **Important Note:** Our office is closed on Saturdays, so while pickup services remain available, we will not be able to respond to customer inquiries in real time.
> If you have any questions or require special arrangements, please contact us **before Friday, 4:00 PM**, so we can assist you or inform our courier accordingly.

### 🚗 Drop-off Hours (By Appointment Only)
To drop off parcels at our warehouse, please fill in our [shipment form](https://www.justship.sg/create-shipment) and book a slot.

**Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:** 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
**Wednesday:** 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
(Closed on public holidays)

❗️We do not accept walk-ins. Please do not visit without a confirmed Shipment ID and drop-off appointment.
