How do I estimate the box I need?
To get an accurate shipping quote, we recommend estimating the dimensions of a hypothetical box that could comfortably fit all your items — including room for protective packaging.

Here’s how to do it:
Start by measuring the length, width, and height of each item you’re planning to ship. Group items together the way you’d naturally pack them.
Once you’ve estimated the total space your items take up, add extra space around them to account for packaging like bubble wrap, void filler, or box padding.
For non-fragile items, we recommend adding at least: 2-4 cm on each side
For fragile or delicate items, use a more generous buffer: 10 to 15 cm on each side
This ensures your shipment has enough protection and avoids underestimating your shipping cost.
⚠️ Note: 10–15 cm is a general guide. For large fragile items like paintings, speakers, monitors, or bicycles, please WhatsApp us for a custom quote.
Example:
Let’s say your item measures 20 cm × 15 cm × 10 cm and it’s non-fragile.
To protect it during shipping, you should add at least 4 cm of buffer across the length, width, and height — which means adding 2.5 cm on each side.
Estimated box size =
Length: 20 cm + 4 cm = 24 cm
Width: 15 cm + 4 cm = 19 cm
Height: 10 cm + 4 cm = 14 cm
Final estimated box size: 24 cm × 19 cm × 14 cm.
If estimating box dimensions feels too complicated — don’t worry. You can simply make a rough estimate, complete your order, and leave the rest to us.
Once we receive your items:
We’ll pack them securely and compactly.
If your declared dimensions were overestimated, we’ll refund the difference.
If they were underestimated, we’ll send you a top-up request for the difference.
