How do I edit my order details?
If you would like to change or update certain details in your order (e.g. recipient phone number, address, item description, etc.), simply drop us a message via WhatsApp 📱 and our friendly staff will assist you in amending your order!
Please note that changes to your order are not encouraged after it has been shipped out of our warehouse.
Once the parcel has been handed over to FedEx or UPS, any changes — including recipient details or address — are subject to courier approval and must be arranged directly by the shipper or recipient with the courier’s local office. An address correction surcharge of $17 may apply.
We’re only able to assist if your change request involves the commercial invoice (e.g., item declaration/ value, as requested by customs). For such cases, please contact us and we’ll advise accordingly.
How do I cancel/delete my order?
If you have created an order and would like to cancel the order, you may reach out to us via WhatsApp 📱 with your shipment ID and reason for cancellation.
Please note that paid amount (less any rendered services eg. pick up, packing, delivery cost) will be refunded to you via PayNow to the indicated sender’s mobile number in 1-3 weeks.
