Drop-Off: When and How?
You may drop off your parcels at our warehouse, but do fill out our shipment form here to schedule an appointment beforehand as we do not accept walk ins.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
(Closed on public holidays)
❗️*We do not accept walk-ins.* Please do not visit without a confirmed Shipment ID and drop-off appointment.
Kindly be informed that our warehouse is not open to the public and we only accept parcels from shippers who have already placed an order and scheduled a drop-off appointment. To avoid disappointment, please do not visit without a valid Shipment ID or appointment.
We do not accept cash payments at our warehouse.
Available payment methods are:
PayNow (no extra charge)
Credit Card (additional 3% fee applies)
Please make payment through our website during the shipment form process to fully create your order.
Instead of dropping off your items in person, you may choose to opt for your own external delivery service to have your urgent package delivered straight to our warehouse.
Prior to your parcel delivery, do fill up our shipment form, arrange for a drop off, and inform us on WhatsApp so we know when to expect the delivery of your package.
Please also ensure that your package is labelled with your Shipment ID and Recipient's name.
