# Delivery Time and Tracking 

After you place your order, JustShip takes 1-2 working days to process your shipment.

Once shipped, your parcel typically reaches its destination within 2-4 business days. **In total, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).**

Please note that delays can happen due to factors like bad weather 🌧️ or customs clearance 🛃.


__You can monitor the movement of your shipment in two easy ways:__

1. JustShip Dashboard: Log in to your JustShip account, click on your order, and follow the tracking link to http://justship.sg/tracking using your Shipment ID 🔍.
2. Courier Tracking Emails: Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, you’ll receive tracking updates directly from them via email 📧.
