Delivery Address for Returns

If you are shipping to a company for the return/repair, please note to indicate a valid recipient telephone number and email address.

FedEx and customs authorities will likely need to contact the recipient during the customs clearance process to request additional information, such as the business registration number, EORI number, or IOSS VAT number.

Failure to submit the required information may result in the package being rejected by customs and returned to Singapore, with return charges fully borne by you as the shipper. To prevent that, do check with your recipient if they are able to follow through.
