Can I buy online and have the items shipped to you, then you ship them to me?

Yes, we can definitely do that for you! ✅ Here is all the information you need 🌍:

When arranging for an external delivery to JustShip's warehouse, you may address your package to:

Prior to your parcel's arrival at our warehouse, please also fill up your particulars via our shipment form and select for a Drop-Off.

As for the dimensions and weight that is to be keyed into the form, if you do not have them, that is fine! You may key in a rough estimate of the dimensions (Length x Width x Height, in cm) and the weight (in kg) of your package when filling up the shipment form.

Once your item has been picked up and arrived at our Singapore warehouse, we will pack, if necessary, and verify both the dimensions and weight of your parcel.

If you have under-declared the measurements, we will inform you of the top-up required. Likewise, if you have over-declared the measurements, we will refund you the excess paid amount via your original payment method.

Once you've submitted the form, do let us know your Shipment ID on WhatsApp so we can note and make the necessary arrangements for you.

⚠️ Important to note:
We do not provide storage services. Your parcel must be shipped out within the same week it arrives at our warehouse.
Please ensure your shipment form is submitted and payment completed promptly.
If a parcel arrives without identification or payment, and we are unable to reach the sender, the item may be donated or disposed of.
We will not be able to track the delivery of your package to our Singapore warehouse, so do monitor the movement of the delivery and inform us on WhatsApp once it has been delivered.
