Can I Ship to Amazon? (Returns, Labels, Warnings)

Absolutely! At JustShip, we regularly assist customers with Amazon repair and return shipments.

Whether you're shipping to Amazon for returns or repairs, here’s what you need to know:

📦 Amazon Labels for Returns

For all Amazon shipments, you must have your own Amazon-issued return labels ready.

If you’ve already packed your parcel: Please attach the labels to your package before handing it over to our courier.

If you’ve requested our packing services or need assistance: Please hand over the return labels to our courier along with your loose unpacked items. We’ll take care of packing and attaching the labels for you.

⚠️ Shipping to Amazon in European Countries (e.g. Germany, France, Spain)

Based on recent shipping experiences, we strongly advise against shipping to Amazon warehouses in Europe.

Why?

It appears that Amazon may not have a signed contract with some couriers to manage customs clearance in these regions. As a consequence:

  • Packages are often rejected and returned to Singapore
  • Return shipping fees are fully borne by the shipper
  • There is no available dispute or workaround once the shipment is rejected

If you're willing to accept the associated risks and still wish to proceed, we'll be happy to assist you with your shipment.
