Account Deletion:
To delete your account, simply send an email to hello@justship.sg.
In your email, include your account email and your request for account deletion.
Query Escalation:
If you've interacted with Gracie, our AI chatbot, and would like to speak with a real human agent, you can do so by reaching out to us via email at hello@justship.sg or through WhatsApp at 9118 7971.
